Disappointing experience
The structure in the common areas is very beautiful, the New York Cafe where you can have breakfast in the morning accompanied by live music is stunning. The concierge and booking service is very convenient, they gave us good advice. The SPA is small but pleasant!

- • Breakfast is of average quality for a 5-star hotel. The room is nice with all the necessary amenities but the bathrooms are quite dated. The stay was definitely negatively influenced by the fire alarm going off at 2 in the morning. We were abruptly awakened and had to evacuate in the middle of the night (it had never happened to me before). We were told that the alarm was triggered by smoke in the kitchens. In any case, from a hotel of this caliber, I expect a significant discount for a night ruined in this way (we couldn't fall back asleep). By complaining to the reception, we received a free taxi to the airport (worth 30€), which is too little for the damage suffered.
