The staff were lovely and accommodating. They made everything easy. The room was clean tidy and of a high standard. The breakfast had a great variety of foods.The facilities were well maintained with the pool and hot tub. Definitely will stay there again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Quay West Suites Melbourne over the weekend and honestly could not fault a thing.
Everything, the staff, the location, the apartment, the unbelievable views. Everything.

Comfortable accommodation even for several days
Very good quiet location, right by the river, a short walk from the park, just across the river via a footbridge to the center. Nice spacious well-insulated rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Everything clean, very helpful staff.

Fantastic service and location
The staff were exceptional. Travelling with my 90 year old mother they made all the difference, helping in many ways and making mum feel very comfortable. Location is sensational, balcony with view perfect on a remarkably balmy weekend. Good buffet breakfast, great coffee, poached eggs to order. Spacious, quiet, comfortable apartment.

Love our stay at this property. From the moment we were greeted by the staff at reception, to the most comfortable suite, close location to everywhere we wanted to go to the final assistance from staff when leaving. Just perfect on so many levels.
