Location was excellent, right next to Southgate restaurants and a short walk to the National Gallery of Victoria and Flinders Street. Rooms were incredibly large and comfortable with full kitchens, laundry facilities, separate living areas and private balconies with river or city views. Pool, hot tub and steam room were all excellent.

- • I didn't have a nice view, was looking into the back of Hamer Hall. But I didn't pay top dollar for a more expensive room anyway

- • Wifi was poor throughout holiday .it kept cutting out .minor issue but cost us having to use our own wifi from time to time
