The worst was the location - the taxi or Uber drivers could not find it - limited dining - noisy - they do not clean your room

We had a nice conference. The internet was a bit iffy, though.

They made me wait more than 15 minutes before they checked me in. They checked other people in before me although I was at the counter first. When I told the receptionist that I booked through Expedia, he asked me to wait. Thanks
