Very bad and the bad luck of being next to a group of children who made a lot of noise
Everything was fine in general except for what I mention below.

- • We couldn't rest well as we had a bunch of noisy children in the rooms next to us until very late (they kept running through the hallway, going from room to room making noise...). Around 11:30, I had to call reception because the room next door was very noisy with sounds like they were playing football. Later, a group stayed in the room talking loudly and I had to ask them to speak softly (it was 2:00). We had to get up at 7:00 to go to CNSabadell.

Amazing stay, clean property, good prices
It’s basically like separate hotel rooms but with an individual kitchen area in every room - includes a microwave, hotplate, kettle, fridge and also includes basic utensils and cutlery. It’s slightly away from Barcelona city (about 40 minutes) but it was totally worth the price!

Deeply disappointed with the after-service
I stayed at this hotel in June for a water polo championship. As there weren't many options available, I chose the hotel with the best rating on Booking.com. Room 216 was okay and had everything necessary. However, the bed was quite hard and basic, so it wasn't particularly comfortable. My reservation didn't include breakfast, but the hotel restaurant serves a very good pizza and tomato salad.

- • Unfortunately, the post-stay experience was very disappointing. My son accidentally left his iPad adapter in the room. We contacted the hotel through Booking.com, but not receiving a response, I called and spoke with the reception manager. Shortly after, I received the following message: 'We have found your adapter. We must inform you that we do not organize shipments, so you can come and pick it up or arrange a pickup.' I have traveled to many countries and when I have forgotten an item in a hotel, they have always sent it to me, although sometimes I have had to cover the shipping costs, which I find completely reasonable. What surprised me in this case was that the hotel didn't even offer the possibility of sending it if I covered all the costs, nor tried to find a customer-oriented solution. For this reason, I was deeply disappointed with the service received. Good customer service does not end at check-out.
