the mattresses of the beds need to be changed, too hard like wood, after five nights, the back is broken!!!!!!!!!

Great hotel, i would stay there again

Room more run-down than the photos suggested. Its architecture also leaves something to be desired. I am thinking in particular of the bathroom with its doors placed too close to each other and its shower cabin that does not isolate enough so that water does not spread everywhere on the floor of the room. Could do better in terms of cleaning. As much as it is nice to have a professional who comes in every morning, the dining room is sometimes left in a very average state. Too much noise at night as well. Anyway, if you are on the first floor. I still remember more positive than negative due to the very good location of the place but also to pleasant, helpful, vigilant, and reactive staff at the slightest problem. Special mention to the chef's talents.

Excellent location and pleasant service

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the beach, not far from a park and amenities. Everything is within walking distance. The service is very pleasant and the rooms are clean and spacious. I highly recommend the establishment, you will feel at home. Special mention for the always hearty breakfast.

Great value for money

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at New Farah hotel. We received a warm welcome by the staff and were given a large clean double room. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The breakfast was above expectation, we were served traditional Moroccan breakfast with omelette, bread, pastries, tea, coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were lovely hosts. The hotel itself is situated in an ideal location. It's only a few minutes walk away from Masjid Muhammad and the local restaurants and cafés (Much cheaper than those located at the beachfront). We were a 5-minute walk away from uniprix store which is the best spot for souvenirs at a decent price without the hassle of haggling. It took us about 15 minutes to reach the beachfront. Overall, great experience and great value for money. We highly recommend staying at the hotel and we personally would stay again in the future.

Pleasant stay

The hotel is located in the center of Agadir with parking nearby. The team is really friendly. The rooms are clean. There is room for improvement on sound insulation from the outside and the layout around the pool. A hotel where you feel safe. The proximity of a supermarket, banks, bakery, and restaurants is a plus.
