- • I booked a see view room but They try to persuade me with another room with a terrace view in ground floor then the manager offer me a room on the first floor which was as 5 star hotel is very small specially the bathroom, Location is far from everything yalkivak is 45 minutes airport also and nothing near the hotel also the road is difficult. Concierge don’t have full information they just tell you to barcode everything or they gave your number the the third party A 5 star hotel and they don’t have any adapters for the electricity

- • lunch buffet was disappointing very poor choices not the bodrum standard room has problems the electricity went down for half hour, shower water leaked all over, patisserie is a joke compared to other budrom resort they basically bring the left overs from lunch

The hotel is beautiful with nice activities and its location is close to the center, 10 minutes. The food is excellent, 3 meals and snacks. The staff are friendly. The view is amazing. Suitable for families. Excellent facilities.

- • Bathroom cleanliness is considered renewed but dark, no exhaust. The air conditioning has a smell or a little humidity, we struggled with nasal congestion. The cleaning staff do not consider privacy, if they knock on the door and no one answers, they open the door and enter without making sure if anyone is inside, and this bothers me. There was a problem with the door, we didn't know what it was, while we were sleeping they tried to open it and I said later, and they tried to open it again, meaning they broke it themselves and tried to fix it while we were inside. They apologized but after what?

Overall Good Stay, but Plenty of Room for Improvement
What we liked: A special thank you to Melodi from Guest Relations, who was always helpful, professional, and quick to solve any issues. She definitely made our stay more comfortable. The beach is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The air conditioning works very well and keeps the room properly cold – a big plus during hot weather. Communication through WhatsApp for activities, reservations, and hotel information is convenient and modern. Staff regularly bring water directly to guests on the beach without needing to ask. The beach bar is good and the alcohol served at the Lounge Bar was of good quality. A nice touch was the complimentary sunglasses cleaning service on the beach – a small detail, but something we had never seen before. Pepper Restaurant had a better atmosphere and, in our opinion, better food than the Greek Restaurant.

- • What could be improved: The food at the main buffet was good, but not particularly memorable for a resort of this category. There often seemed to be more dessert options than main dishes. English communication was inconsistent. Most staff at the main restaurant spoke English well, but communication in some specialty restaurants and at reception was sometimes difficult. The Greek Restaurant was good, but nothing special. The pillows were not comfortable. The main reasons for the 7/10 rating: No proper blackout curtains. The room becomes very bright early in the morning. Extremely poor sound insulation. We stayed in two different rooms, including one in the Club area, and the issue remained the same. Throughout the night we could hear birds, outside noise, neighboring guests, and morning staff activity. Conversations from nearby rooms were clearly audible. For us, a holiday is about rest and recovery. Unfortunately, the combination of constant noise and the lack of blackout curtains made it difficult to fully relax and recharge. This was the main factor that affected our overall experience and the reason for the 7/10 rating.
