- • Unfriendly staff at reception, we did not feel welcome. Poor room cleaning: sink never cleaned. Did not receive fresh towels in six nights. Asked after 4 nights how to get fresh towels; was told they would be changed every 3 nights. Fresh towels promised for the next day, never received. Dirty glasses not replaced, had to ask for fresh glasses at the bar. Instant coffee not refilled...

- • Shower in the bathroom was awkward to use, hand shower was hard to position so that you were actually under the water flow.
