- • There was no room cleaning and a limited breakfast due to a strike. But no discount, on the contrary, the hotel wanted to charge a rate for an earlier check-in by 1 or 2 hours, per hour. There is a ventilation above the bed that cannot be regulated or turned off and no telephone, just a QR code to call at the reception.
Convenient for visiting Oslo, the fjord, and staying there for a few days.
The proximity to the city center, the spacious and well-soundproofed room. An excellent and varied breakfast. Very pleasant staff.

Good location - though a dark room, and lack of information about the cleaning procedure
Very good location. The breakfast was fine, although not very varied and no selection of fruits or cut fruit. Very friendly staff!

- • The room lacked a real window, as it faced towards the dining room. During our three nights, we missed being able to ventilate. In addition, important information was missing at check-in that cleaning requires scanning a QR code. We only discovered this by chance after three days on a small card among many other brochures. Furthermore, there were problems in the bathroom, where water ran up from the grate next to the toilet, so the floor was slightly flooded. We had to go to the reception ourselves to get new towels. Overall, the standard does not live up to the four stars expected in Scandinavia.
