Beautiful location, right by the water. Paid parking available right next to the hotel. Everything clean and tidy. Good breakfast. City center within walking distance. Hotel is located directly at the Hurtigruten terminal. At night we were woken up by the arriving ship. Interesting for one night. We knew this beforehand as we had informed ourselves.

- • Having to leave before the scheduled breakfast time, we asked if it was possible to have a take away breakfast ready. Despite the staff's affirmative response, in the morning we found nothing ready and due to lack of time, we gave up on breakfast.
The staff was amazing- especially the waitstaff in the restaurant.
It was very clean, had an excellent breakfast and stunning view.

Very good base camp for day trips in and around Alesund ;-))
The long-missed ship horn of the Hurtigruten ship 'Polarlys' arrived on time. Breakfast in a spacious room with plenty of choices. Very good base for self-organized day trips in and around Alesund.
