- • The bathroom in our room smelled like sewage from the beginning. We reported it after 2 days, but it didn't get better even though a technician checked the pipe in the bathroom.
Excellent location, but the interior is in urgent need of renovation.

- • As a frequent traveler with experience in luxury hotels, Wyndham Grand Kayseri offers a strong location opposite the center, castle, and bazaar, close to the airport and shopping center. The reception is friendly, but the lobby looks dated. The Executive Room is spacious and well-equipped, but the interior is a messy mix from the 2000s, with wear and insufficient lighting. The air conditioning is limited and the room lightly smelled of old smoke. The bathroom is complete with good amenities, but some elements are worn out and the rain shower is partially clogged. Did not try breakfast due to early departure. Despite aging, the hotel offers good value for money, partly due to location, cleanliness, and service. Urgently in need of renovation; actually no longer meeting full five-star standards.

The hotel is right in the city center. Large pool and gym are open from 8 to 23. There is a large supermarket around the corner, open until 21. There is a bus stop near the hotel where a bus goes to the bus station (we were going to Goreme). The location is excellent. Did not try breakfast, so cannot say anything. The rooms are standard, quite decent.
