- • Against my will, I was placed in a smoking room as they claimed to be fully booked. They tried to cover the smell with a room spray, but the nicotine odor was everywhere, even the pillows and the couch smelled heavily of nicotine. The air conditioning was not working, and when I called the reception because it was too hot to sleep, a technician came and explained that they currently have a centralized system due to an interim phase and other guests preferred warmer temperatures. I mentioned that 24 degrees in the room was too warm for me to sleep, but they couldn't fix it. Their advice was to sleep with the window open. The hotel is located in the city center next to a large square, and I had trouble sleeping all night due to car noises. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Poor, smells, rude.
There is almost a concert at the hotel every day, and it is very loud. You can't sleep because of the noise. All our rooms smelled of smoke and were not clean at all. Old furniture, everywhere dusty and not suitable for sleeping. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The accommodation was so bad! It smelled of cigarettes everywhere, and it was extremely loud from all sides. The rooms are so bad, smelly, and dusty everywhere. The bathroom was full of mold.
