Too expensive and not much to offer.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is very delicious and varied, although it's not a buffet where you can choose what you want. Apart from that, the location is very central.

- • The rooms: For a room with a double bed, there was only a nightstand. There were no power outlets next to the bed, so it was very annoying to have to get up all the time to charge the phone. The room was somewhat cold in terms of decoration and very deteriorated, it needs a renovation. The bathroom door was damaged. There was no iron, only a laundry and ironing service that doesn't work on holidays. Overall, the building and the room had a very nineties style. For such an excessive price per night, it's not worth staying here, it's an old and very expensive building.

The attention of the head of housekeeping, very kind in solving problems, of course not everything was in her hands, but if it wasn't for her, I would have run away.

- • It doesn't seem like a hotel from the San Agustín chain, it's an old hotel, they don't maintain it, the bathrooms are very neglected, the common areas are old, the tableware is neglected and chipped. Truly a very sad experience for a hotel of that category, I wouldn't return or recommend it.
