The location is very good. It is within walking distance to Dalian Station and close to the subway station. Also, there are commercial facilities nearby, making shopping convenient. It is convenient for a stroll as the "Labor Park" is just across the road. The room has a calm European atmosphere, making it easy to spend time.

- • The facilities/equipment are a bit old, and the maintenance status is not very good, with some movable parts like doors not smooth. The room is cleaned thoroughly, but the glasses and coffee cups were not washed even once during my 4-night stay. English communication is not smooth even at the check-in counter, causing some stress. The hotel, rebranded from Kempinski, is not very well-known locally.

- • There was a smell of smoke in the room, even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room. Oddly, there was an ashtray on the table.
Comfortable stay in the city centre.
Nice large room and bed, very comfortable, close to park and shops. I have been there several times, and we keep on coming back. Excellent, well done!

- • The sink and shower taps are not easy to use, and the buffet breakfast was poor as most of the food was cold or not fresh and the choice was limited.
