- • The works in the lobby, I was not informed and the price was not reduced. The entrance and exit of the garage are very narrow, in addition to a horrible step for any car.
OK as somewhere to put your head down for the night
You know what you are going to get with an Ibis, reasonable cafes, etc., around the neighborhood. We stayed for one night after flying in late to Barcelona, and it's reasonably handy for that if you have a car

- • Reception staff were not too welcoming, I don't need a red carpet rolled out but usually Spanish people are friendlier than my experiences of the staff here. The hotel was also going through renovations that we weren't made aware of. The car park was full and we had to park on the street a little ways away (no effort to make sure it was just guests in the hotel car park). Beds were not super comfortable. And honestly, it was kinda expensive for what we got. Live and learn and no hate on the place, maybe the staff are just having a hard time.

- • Room with very noisy individual air conditioning. Noisy night air extraction. Bathroom 'boat cabin' cramped and slippery from another era!

- • No comfort, hotel equipment requires enhancement (showers, beds, windows…). Overpriced for value.
