The first time we had the luxury of truly resting. Exceptional

The exceptional breakfast, the kindness of the employees and the manager who did not hesitate to come to meet us to ensure our satisfaction. The cake offered on our arrival for our wedding anniversary and the petals everything was perfect. Special mention for the lovely Safae who was a reassuring reference and so sweet!

- • The cleaning was not done regularly, the housekeepers forgot the evening service, it was regularly in the rooms of the Saudis who surely had to give huge tips and we, our rooms were not made once at 3 pm, in the afternoon, the room was not even done and on that night three times the evening service was not done
Not recommended to stay next time
The location is good for people who would like to relax because it's quiet and there's nothing around, you should have a car if you plan to stay in the hotel, the hotel design is very nice and historical

- • The hotel service is extremely poor and it has nothing related to the Ritz Carlton standard, especially in the breakfast staff are not professional they keep forgetting what you ask about no set up prepared poor breakfast and quality except the gentleman who checked me in and out he was very welcoming and professional. You can't sleep the whole night due to the frog sound
