Art deco luxury with cheeky fun staff
This art deco hotel is absolutely stunning and furnished beautifully. Every single part of the property is well maintained, clean and so photogenic. The room itself was comfortable with fantastic air conditioning (much needed at the time), plentiful bottles of water and fantastic bedding. The swimming pool is very impressive, large and again very well maintained. Many hours were spent cooling off in the water. What really makes this hotel special is its wonderful staff. I very stupidly left my passport on the incoming plane and Ms Moon was very quick to get on the phone to the airline and organise its safe journey back to me. There were lots of fun interactions with members of staff which made the hotel feel very homely.

- • The only thing I can think of is some outdoor furniture on the balcony. Every thing was perfect otherwise.

An elegant 1st class hotel. This has to be the best hotel in Hue.
This hotel is an elegant old lady that is presented in pristine order and a total link to the elegance of days gone by. We were so surprised but the quality and presentation and our only regret is that we didn't partake of some of the organised tours that were available. The bar tour by Cyclo in particular! We arrived after a very long day of travel and I should have paid more attention to what was on offer. After a very hectic week we spent almost the whole day around the beautiful pool, the restaurant was terrific and all the staff so helpful. There really was nothing not to like.

It was simply great. Great service, such a nice quiet ambiance. The pool is really great and you could just relax. The breakfast was simply great. There was everything from eggs to bacon, sausages, jam, cereals, bread rolls, toast, everything you need. Also, the freshly cooked dishes every day were a dream.

- • The prices at the pool bar could be a bit cheaper. I understand that you have to charge more than average restaurant prices, but if they were more reasonable, people would surely consume more.
