- • Nobody was waiting for us at the airport despite our request. We had to call the hotel, leading to worry and a long wait. The 30 euro charge was omitted from the hotel bill, which we had not noticed. Several reminders were sent by email. We called the hotel to settle this due amount. We were unable to make the payment through the link provided, despite trying with several cards, each time resulting in an error. We contacted our American Express headquarters, which confirmed the proper functioning of our card. In response, the hotel claims that their payment services are reliable, which we cannot prove. No further response, we will deal with them upon our return to France.

Excellent Hotel with exceptional service!
Beautiful property. Staff are incredibly friendly. Maimoun and Bhattar made our breakfast experience amazingly incredible. They were kind, considerate, welcoming, and also very funny. They were able to get our teenagers to smile! lol. Overall a fantastic experience. Rooms could use updating with better air conditioning and appropriate adapter and electrical outlet for foreign guests.

It was a great experience at Marriott Hotel Fes. The team in the pool was great and helpful, especially a lifeguard named Hicham and the waiter Hatim.

- • We stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending a wedding in Fez. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. 1. Laundry service issue: I specifically requested a full laundry service and was told my suit would be ready by 6:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, it wasn’t ready. I followed up again at 7:00 PM, and still nothing. I eventually had to go to the reception myself and wait another 15 minutes before receiving my suit and shirt at 8:00 PM. By then, we were already late for our event. The biggest issue, however, was that the suit had not actually been cleaned. It still smelled and showed no signs of having been washed. It appeared that they had only ironed it in a hurry. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff insisted that the suit had been properly cleaned. 2. Lost sunglasses: I lost my sunglasses in the parking area after they were apparently left on top of the car. Despite the hotel having cameras covering the parking lot, they were unable to help locate them. Overall, this was far below the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
