Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool, superb buffet breakfast, extremely comfortable bed and very friendly staff. It's walking distance to the newer Fes and just a short taxi to the Medina.

- • The only problem we had was that for two days in a row, towels weren't left in our room and we had to chase housekeeping for this.

- • Everything was perfect. The staff was really impeccable. Thanks to everyone and especially to the reception manager Si Mohamed and the receptionists Mohammed and Adib, a big thank you for their professionalism and their attention.
The staff was very polite and everyone spoke English, which is rare in Morocco! The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The cocktails we had were very nice next to the pool.
