- • I arrived on Friday, July 24th around 11 pm due to the evacuation of the city where I live because of the fires. But at 2:47 am, another evacuation alert for Mérignac extra Rocade: so I had to leave. Despite this context, I had to call at least 10 times just to get a refund for the night of July 25th to 26th, the night of July 24th to 25th was still charged. I still had time to see that the evacuation grid and the bathroom tiles were covered in mold, that the TV was not working properly, and that the shower was not flowing properly.
It was okay but he was not at the hotel when the fire started.

- • No available sunbeds. A lot of people at the pool. The staff could not speak English. Was there at the time of the fire and had to evacuate so I did not sleep at the hotel.

- • Being woken up at 05:00 by the gendarmerie to evacuate the hotel because of the fires and finding myself alone outside. I managed but I think of an older clientele who would have handled the situation less well.

- • the room was a bit dirty, considering the finishes, the hotel looks a bit old, the breakfast prices are prohibitive, equipment is advertised in the room (hammam, sauna, gym) but are not present. I was told at the reception that it was because the sheet was common to the entire Zenitude network. So in this case, put similar equipment in all hotels in the network

Close to the airport, we were allowed to check in a bit earlier, breakfast was sufficient, and the staff was lovely!
