The hotel completely lives up to its name — the moment you step inside, you feel like you are in a real nobleman's palace. What impressed us the most: Atmosphere and interior: The stunning painted ceilings and historical luxury make you feel like you are in a fairytale. We took immense aesthetic pleasure in every single detail of our suite! Exceptional service: A huge, special thank you to the concierge, Mario. He is a true wizard! It seems there are simply no impossible tasks for him: absolutely all of our wishes were fulfilled instantly, flawlessly, and with incredible ease.
