- • This was the worst “5-star” hotel experience I’ve ever had. The walls are paper thin — you can hear everything from the rooms next door. The bathroom was poorly designed, the shower walls were dirty, and the water pressure was extremely weak. The room felt cheap and poorly maintained, more like an Airbnb than a luxury hotel. Breakfast was also disappointing and far below what you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Completely misleading and not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Superb establishment. Ideally located. Truly excellent value for money and complimentary breakfast. And all the charm of Italian luxury.

Great location. Good breakfast even though there was no option for a la carte breakfast. Nice minibar.

- • Unbearable instead the huge humidity stain on the ceiling of room 602. With the broken hairdryer. You cannot sell a room like that. I did not complain out of respect for the guest I was accompanying and because we were very tired.
