- • The property needs a refresh. The feeling is 20 years old. My view was incredible but, carpet was old and had lines of separation. The toilets were non self opening and only one sink in bathroom was odd. Also the granite was chipped
Amazing stay

A score of 10 is not enough for this experience at the Mandarin Oriental
I sincerely thank all the hotel staff, without any exception! Our experience was absolutely fabulous. From start to finish, we were treated like royalty! The staff took great care of us throughout our stay, with many little attentions and a real desire to ensure our well-being. The hotel met all our requests, and even exceeded our expectations. We felt considered, listened to, and truly pampered. And above all... GO TO THE SPA WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED!!!!! I assure you it's definitely worth it. It's an incredible experience, with simply breathtaking views! The spa and the couple's massage suite were a true moment of happiness and relaxation. For our last hotel before returning to France, we couldn't have asked for more. It was the ultimate comfort, perfect for ending our stay in Japan on a beautiful note. We particularly enjoyed: The fantastic breakfast served in the room The welcome drink The quality and efficiency of the cleaning service Direct access to taxis when leaving the hotel The very pleasant experience of the Pizza Bar The spa and the couple's massage suite The quality of the meals served in the room And above all, the kindness and attention of all the staff A huge thank you to the entire team for this exceptional experience. You have greatly contributed to making the end of our trip unforgettable. We leave with very beautiful memories and sincerely recommend this hotel with our eyes closed!

- • However, two small points could be improved. The smoking area, located outside the hotel premises, is not very convenient. Regarding room service, it would be appreciated if the dishes were served with cloches or a system to keep the meals warm until they arrive in the room.
