Check-in was quick and seamless, and the service felt very personal throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always eager to ensure guests were satisfied. The beach is sandy, the sea is beautiful, and the overall setting is excellent for a relaxing holiday. The food offered a good variety, although the quality was average to above average, particularly the beverages.

- • One area that could be improved is drinking water availability. While I appreciate the hotel's sustainability efforts, having to request each glass of water individually can be inconvenient. Installing water dispensers in accessible locations around the resort would make things much easier for guests.

- • This hotel doesn't deserve five stars at all. The water was served in a very dirty plastic cup. My room's refrigerator was filthy and contained only one bottle of water, even though cheaper hotels don't have this problem. The beach is shared by several hotels, and the designated swimming area is very small and crowded. The food is subpar, and I don't know how this hotel got five stars; it's overpriced for such poor service. The hotel itself is small, the rooms are very cramped, and there are only two small swimming pools. I had booked five nights and had to leave and go to another hotel so my vacation wouldn't be ruined.

The hotel's grounds are well-maintained and green, with a well-thought-out infrastructure, including easy access to the sea, a clean beach, comfortable sun loungers, and ample space even during peak hours. The hotel's rooms are well-maintained, with thorough cleaning, fresh linens, and functioning appliances, creating a sense of genuine relaxation and care for guests. We would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Mina. His approach to guests is exemplary, characterized by attentiveness, tact, and a willingness to promptly assist and resolve any issues. Thanks to his professionalism and personal involvement, all organizational issues were resolved quickly and unnoticed by us, and our vacation was peaceful and stress-free. This responsible and friendly approach to work builds trust in the hotel and encourages us to return to Iberotel Makadi Beach. The hotel's food deserves special praise. The wide selection of dishes, high-quality ingredients, and excellent service make it a top choice for dining.

Relaxing vacation and amazing beach!
The resort is amazing! The staff was super friendly, reception, restaurant, beach and room service. All very professional and always smiling! Loved our stay and looking forward to come back! The access to Makadi Waterworld was a highlight as well!
