Was near to the Fusina port, the bus station for Venezia is in front of the hotel. Staff was super friendly. You can buy tickets for buses and vaporetto from the hotel. Enough place to park outside and inside.

Its ok
It's close to the ferry terminal, there are some restaurants in the walking area. I guess if you are not going for a ferry but to go to Venice there is a bus terminal just outside the main entry.

- • Air conditioning in the room mainly made noise, very little cooling. The restaurant was not open, it's really more a place to sleep than a nice hotel for vacation.
