- • The hotel lacks the 4 stars, it's more like a starless hostel. I feel cheated. The day I arrived, I received an email saying that the pool, spa, and sauna were not working, but I couldn't cancel as they don't refund the money. Loose plugs on the terrace. Burnt-out lamps. The sink without a plug, if something falls, consider it lost. The bathtub also without a plug, so you can't use it. The safe without a lock. They don't make the bed in the morning, when we ask in the afternoon, they just straighten the bed leaving the fitted sheet wrinkled and the pillows poorly placed, this happens 2 days out of 7. One day they didn't even do it. And during the other days, only the fitted sheet is straightened. On the 3rd day, they change the towels but only provide one bath towel after requesting them. We had to ask for toilet paper. All this in the suite. Everything old and neglected. Not to mention the dinners (half board). It takes about an hour or more to bring the dinner between dishes, more than 20 minutes, and that's with a set menu, very slow waiters. We complain and they tell us to file a complaint at the hotel, and the food leaves much to be desired, beef tenderloin that even the waiter couldn't cut. One night they run out of bread at 9 pm, after complaining, they bring us two small bread rolls. More like a hostel than a 4-star hotel.
Fantastic stay close to the Atlantic Ocean.
The proximity to the ocean is tranquility.

- • Decent breakfast for a 4-star hotel. Lack of attention in the dining room. Today, no glasses for juice, no bowls for jam, etc. Gym, pool, and spa closed due to breakdown without customers being informed. I think customers should be informed as these facilities are included in the price paid.
Friendliness, comfort, breakfast, proximity to the beaches... Bus to go to Porto...

- • Parking in full sun. They could provide some shade since it's their own and it's a 4-star hotel.
The bed was comfortable.

- • There was no option for celiacs at breakfast, only some fruit and not much. The scrambled egg and cold sausages. I won't come back.
