- • It is the second time I stay at this hotel, and I would definitely return: the structure is very elegant, the rooms are beautiful, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, some small shortcomings do not match the 5-star category. In the room, maintenance should be better taken care of, and in the bathroom - if there are two people - it is not acceptable to find only one bathrobe, a pair of slippers, and an incomplete set of towels. Also, bath products such as shower gel and shampoo are really scarce. Another sore point concerns tips: when ordering room service, you are asked not to leave a tip on the bill because - apparently - it is not given to the staff. I find this practice unacceptable in a facility of this level. In summary, it could really be a 5-star hotel, but a nice dress is not enough to be a gentleman.
Stunning hotel and in an amazing location! Enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to have a luxury stay in Ghana.

- • I was asked to pay more than the amount stated on my Booking.com reservation. When I insisted on paying the correct amount, I eventually paid $900 and had some change left, but the process was made extremely difficult. Mr. Martin was very rude and dismissive, and it felt like I was begging for my own money. This came across as an attempt to cheat me and showed complete disregard for my time. Very disappointing experience.
