- • I did not like that the employee could not even make a coffee with milk, or a simple toast, at the bar around 11 pm, when we asked for a simple coffee with milk, they told me they regretted but the hotel's kitchen had closed at 10 pm and they could not help us... even though the bar had a few customers, operating well... but only serving drinks... I understand that the employee followed the hotel's rules, and I agree with rules that are given to us, but I was sorry to be treated like this... especially because I have another event to attend at the end of June and I will have to rethink staying at this hotel, because for a request to make two mixed toasts and two coffees with milk, something that can be done at a place that sells alcoholic beverages, at least the coffees with milk could have been served, and this was really necessary because my wife is ill and needed to take medication, well... we had to leave the hotel by Uber and go to McDonald's so that my wife could eat something minimal to take the medication. Problems of this nature will not happen again with me, because I prefer to solve a problem that arises, rather than criticize anything, I think the world would be better that way... and so would I.
