Courteous and discreet staff, clean structure, tram stop in front of the hotel, halfway between the airport and the city.

- • Slight downside were the single beds and mattresses too soft, but these are personal habits and preferences

The location was great, next to the tram stop. Spacious enough for 3 people. Bathroom was well equipped. Bed, even the sofa bed, was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. Coffee machine in the room was perfect!

- • The coffee machine was broken, although when we asked they replaced it. The sofa bed was not arranged before our arrival, they had to come arrange it while we were doing something, but that was not very problematic at all.
