Peace and tranquility.
A slightly outdated hotel but of the highest standard, 5 stars, service above and beyond expectations, very comfortable bed in the room (lay your head down and fall asleep), absolute quiet in the rooms, truly delightful. We only had breakfast and it was wonderful. The rooftop pool is also wonderful with an amazing view.

One of the receptionists told me, “You look like an athlete, so it’s okay — park a bit farther away, you can walk.” I understand it may have been meant as a sarcastic or funny comment, but I would have preferred to be welcomed in a kinder and more respectful way. The waiters today were amazing, and the kitchen staff was incredible. I just didn’t like the people at the reception. It didn’t feel respectful. It slightly ruined my stay at the place.
Very good stay, comfortable room and excellent location. Only the cleaning was a bit disappointing.

- • The main negative point concerns mainly the cleaning. I did not appreciate someone regularly knocking on the door to clean the room. Moreover, once the cleaning was done, it was quite superficial: coffee capsules were not replaced, cups were not washed, etc. I had the impression that it was done a bit too quickly.

- • Great difficulty accessing the crowded and very noisy pool. Poor quality of the food served by the pool. Forgotten by the housekeeper to clean the tray and replace the coffee capsules, I had to call the reception three times to get them.
