Sicilian Gem
Stunning location, great views. We especially liked the three restaurants, from casual to fine dining. Breakfast had a superb selection, anything you could reasonably think of they offered. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly.

- • Not really a lot to comment on here. The only issue we had were the wasps which were very prevalent during breakfast and around the poolside restaurant.
Stunning boutique hotel in a relaxing setting
Stunning boutique hotel with beautiful interiors and wonderful staff. The pool setting is fabulous and the views are incredible. It’s also a short walk to town and has a shuttle service.

- • I thought the bar and food prices were over the top and a bit of a rip off. While the breakfast buffet was lovely, I didn’t feel like getting porridge that was €18 and club sandwiches for €36. It was just over the top and unnecessary.

- • The restaurant for dinner, very expensive. The lunch by the pool and the poolside restaurant staff were excellent. The breakfast was good but the additional menu for a fee seems exaggerated.

- • Poverty of the breakfast buffet: inconceivable not to find granite and cannoli in Sicily!!! Not even fresh orange juice, but commercial juices like Ace... The bathrooms in the common areas are not well-kept, overflowing trash cans with paper, both in the reception area and in the gym where they allowed us to shower before departure. Lack of towels (had to ask for them at the pool since the Spa was closed). A greater care and cleanliness in a 5-star hotel would be appreciated!
Quiet, intimate, and special resort
We had the most gorgeous stay. Hospitality was top-notch, all excursions booked easily through concierge, decor is outstanding and, dare I say, better than the four seasons. The artist of all caltagirone work at the resort is a master and everywhere you look was beauty. We stayed in the Isola Bella penthouse suite and we plan to return in 2027. Thank you for a beautiful time 💕

Our new favorite hotel in Taormina
We so enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel. It's a fabulous location, right on the sea where you can sit and have breakfast overlooking the ships sailing by. The breakfast was delicious, best avocado toast ever! The pool area is stunning and so relaxing. We had a large and spacious well-appointed room with a terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. We will return!
