My family and I drove several hours to arrive late at night/early in the morning to check into my room that was booked, only to be told by the front desk that it was overbooked. I had to wait and sleep in the lobby for hours until she could find me an available room. The Expedia customer manager was unpleasant and unprofessional. I have screenshots to show but it was no help.

The hotel is in a great location. It was clean and very spacious, very walkable to many sights. My only complaint is about breakfast. They need more people working in the restaurant to keep tables cleared and make food faster. The omelette bar line was excessive, and using the app led to a very long wait.
