Enjoyed the location, easy walking to shops, theatre and museums
Poor - took too long to arrive. My gluten free sister was given a slice of gluten free bread but her omelet was put on gluten bread! Porridge must have had the cream and brown sugar already stirred in as no evidence of it.

- • The hot water pressure was extremely low, and I felt very cold while showering. I used it at around 10:00 p.m. and again at 6:40 a.m. My room was on the 6th floor.

- • Rooms and bathroom need a serious refresher. Carpet was ripped, bathroom was old and not well maintained. No bathroom fan and turned into a wet room when the shower was on

- • The jackhammering in the floor above. The uncomfortable bed. The broken work chair. Not much good to say. Front desk staff smiled nicely about the noise but powerless to do anything.
