- • The room we got was right next to the elevator, which honestly makes a lot of noise from early morning until night.

- • The staff very inattentive, rude, mistreated us, the pool area closed dirty, all wet, my mother almost fell, the breakfast the worst of all, old, the cold cuts bad appearance, bad smell, and bad taste
Beautiful location and enjoyable winter stay, but disappointing facilities compared to what we expected from a Radisson
The location is beautiful, with great views and easy access to Colonia’s historic center. We also appreciated the warm indoor pool, which was especially enjoyable during winter and a nice feature for families. Nice restaurant staff.

- • The facilities felt outdated and not very well maintained, especially the bathroom. I was actually looking forward to relaxing with a nice bath, but the condition of the bathtub was so poor that I barely wanted to touch it. Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations overall. For a Radisson hotel, I expected a much higher standard.
