- • There was no water for more than 5 hours. There was no heating. The plugs were not working. And they solved everything halfway and Booking did not respond 100%

- • Not within walking distance of the central area. We asked for a late check-out and they agreed at a price of 40 dollars. Because it was our last day in Colombia, we didn't have Colombian pesos, so when I brought them 40 dollars in cash, they argued with me about it and almost didn't accept the bill even though they themselves told me in dollars. It was a bit disappointing and inconsiderate
