We were wowed again!
After a very satisfying experience in 2024 with Shangri La Pudong, my husband and I came back earlier this month to stay for 6 nights . Besides its great location, and valued cleanliness , the main reason for our return was Kenny Ooi, the ever so courteous and attentive Assistant Manager at the Horizon Club. As with our last experience, Kenny made us felt so welcomed throughout our stay this time. He even remembered our names! We observed that he was as caring and professional toward all the guests. With Kenny leading his Horizon team at Shangri La Pudong, this is the place to be in Shanghai for us, and we will not hesitate to recommend it to all our friends and family.

早餐樣式很豐富, 例如有日式飯、烏冬, 有英式、培根、香腸、煎蛋、糕點、有多款水果、熱食有湯麵、粥品、蒸點心,整體非常好.相信是數一數二級數的酒店才能做到這麼好. 整個旅程滿足了孩子對酒店的期待. 行政樓層餐飲提供也非常好,非常舒適,酒店位置超讚,出行購物,餐飲一流. 上海香格里拉酒店沒有可挑剔地方. 在杭州也是住城中香格里拉, 下次再來必定是我首選. 另推薦:七重天賓館的老上海餐廳, 煲仔飯及松鼠魚很美味. 到豫園內餐廳『玉籣厢』蟹粉豆腐、醉蝦、桂花糕點也很美味. 正大廣場的『無重餐廳』也很值得試,菜式美味,環境特別,店員很貼心招待. 這次上海之旅十分滿足. 期待下次再到訪.
