Friendly and professional staff, especially Mr. Bassem Milad, Rooms Division Manager, and Mr. Amr from reception 😊. Mr. Bassem personally checked on everything and followed up with me throughout my stay. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail.

Comfortable and enjoyable
This is the third time I choose The Ritz for my stay in Cairo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the view of the Nile is magnificent. The level of cleanliness is exceptional, and I thank Mohamed, the housekeeping supervisor, and Arfa, Saeed, and all the hotel staff. The hotel's location is excellent and almost in the center. Insha'Allah, if I visit Cairo, I will definitely choose to stay at The Ritz.
