Food and drink were not as expected I would suggest do not take all inclusive because of time of services and food and drink quality are not as expected

I found the property to be beautiful however I found many staff members unhappy. The food was average most of the hot dishes were cold or over cooked. Dinner was very dissapointing. Breakfast and lunch were good.

Fantastic hotel with superb service. The bar staff were extremely attentive and sent over drinks a couple of times so we never had to leave our seats or card game ;-) The choice at meal times was great - especially for a vegetarian and pescatarian - which can be challenging at all-inclusive hotels. The guest relations team and front desk were so helpful and we received an upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view upon arrival - thank you!! I won at bingo and received lots of free gifts!! There is as much or as little to do here as you want. I was concerned about the beach being across the road, but you go under a short walkway. It's completely safe and private, and has a waffle bar and drinks bar there too. Food & drinks are available 24hrs. We couldn't fault the hotel & would highly recommend.

Found the hotel to be very clean ., the room was spacious and the cleaning staff were friendly and good at there job, the food was good plenty of choice and variety as always when on holiday food not hot always just warm. Entertainment staff were excellent a good variety of activities and always chatty and smiling..evening entertainment some nights better than others just wasnt on long enough. We booked a night at the italien reasturant and it was horrendous minestrone soup was tasteless and just veg in a clear liquid!! I had tagliatele that was stone vold and the filet of beef had the life bouled out of it, tasteless pannacota definatley not worth a visit and needs a total menu revamp...only negative i have is the miserable bar staff who have no idea how to make a vocktail and were quite rude at times!!

Beautiful Hotel with Resort, Family Room had a beautiful view but only downside was that you can't tell the difference between economy room and standard room but they are different in size you must be very careful which room they give you the food was delicious but most days similar food the beach is very close and has a secret tunnel to travel through activities wise not much to do but i wasn't bothered about it i went for relaxing family holiday which i got and will go again InshaAllah, Food is always served regularly so
