A magnificent building that needs some changes to become a great hotel
It is a beautiful building, attended by a super friendly staff. The breakfast is fantastic and their a la carte restaurant, where we ate dinner several times, respects quality products and traditional, simple cuisine.

- • I believe that the accommodation part needs a good renovation, the bathrooms are very outdated and the rooms could be improved for a hotel of this category.
Fantastic and beautiful stay
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The setting was absolutely beautiful first of all with gorgeous views from the bedroom. The staff were wonderfully friendly - especially the gentleman at reception who checked us in (apologies do not have his name!) as well as the lovely restaurant staff. The breakfast was amazing - fresh papaya was lovely in particular as was dinner - we loved the cake dessert buffet! The rooms were clean, beautiful as well. And in particular it was the small touches - the water and fruit in the room, the remembering of giving a bit of cake in my daughters room when she asked, etc etc.

Wonderful birthday stay
We had an excellent stay. It was a gift for my mom's birthday and she was delighted. The welcome was particularly warm and we were truly spoiled. The place is sumptuous, with an exceptional historical setting and a lot of charm. Staying in a former monastic place gives a very special atmosphere to the experience. The room and bathroom are very pleasant and everything was very clean. The calmness of the place is also very appreciable. The breakfast was very good, with everything needed to start the day well. A very beautiful experience, in a place full of history and serenity. We highly recommend it!

- • The rooms are indeed a bit small, but this is perfectly explained since they were originally monks' rooms.

Lovely place. Beautiful room with a stunning view, great restaurant and bar. Plenty to do in the area. But above all, the complex is very special.

- • No renovation for 20 years. Great antiquity. Long carpets in the corridors that are dirty. Hardly any staff during the peak season.
