Solid, but no frills room in a good neighborhood in Milan.
Location was pretty good and the bathroom was fairly spacious. Otherwise, I would say the room was functional, not exactly comfortable and the building was clean but a little sterile.

- • There IS a reception area to give you keys, but it's behind a locked door. We had a few minutes of panic when we arrived at the hotel during the hours that reception was open, but we couldn't get in. When the person in reception saw us, she sent me a whats app message with the door code, but when you're panicking, you're not looking at whats app. They need to make that more straightforward.
Stay was good, staff were good hotel was adequate.

- • The shower was cold after 1 person had a shower, the paint was peeling off the ceiling and the room wasn’t great for 4 people. The lounge area was taken up with other bed and it was very warm as the air conditioning didn’t work in main area very well.
