A new apartment in a well-maintained building. The apartment is spacious, clean, fully equipped, and very cozy. The service was courteous and the location is excellent.

- • We received a room without access to daylight, the only two windows faced directly into the stairwell with the elevator so there was no chance to open or even uncover the windows. Additionally, the entrance door was not soundproofed in any way, so all the sounds from the stairwell, elevator, and entrance doors to the building were very audible, significantly reducing the comfort of stay and sleep. One night, someone from the staff was doing some service or cleaning in the stairwell in such a shamelessly loud way (throwing some crates) at 1-2 in the night that it woke everyone up. In the photo, I attach our view of the stairwell.
