Reservé mi habitación en Expedia. Llegué y me dijeron que la habitación no estaba disponible. Me dijeron que mi única opción era quedarme en su otro hotel a 4 cuadras de distancia. Mi reserva no era reembolsable, así que me fui. El otro hotel estaba bien, pero no volveré a alojarme aquí. Hay otras opciones. Me alojo aquí cada mes y siento que fui tratado mal.

Me gustó la zona pero el ruido en la parte delantera dificultaba un poco dormir. Estoy contento con dónde nos ubicaron después. Además, las camas son un poco duras y las almohadas eran demasiado grandes para mi cuello. El servicio fue bueno y me encantó el aire acondicionado. Me encantó que estuviera a poca distancia de muchas cosas.

The best thing about the hotel is the two receptionists Samuel and Nicoles, they are very attentive and quick. The pool is not acceptable, we arrived on Saturday and it was only cleaned on Wednesday when we entered it, it is so small that the water reached our knees. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Cockroaches were all over the room and the staff would try to extort you for more money when you leave creating issues that had already existed and trying to charge for it. I do not recommend this place.

Excelente precio y personal amigable (Sam & Candela) por el precio que ofrecen. ¡Mi habitación tenía la mejor ducha nueva instalada, la propiedad está bajo nueva administración, así que están pasando por pequeñas curvas aquí y allá aprendiendo y mejorando!

It is the second time I have stayed there, the beds are not as comfortable as I remembered, however the small beds are. But overall everything is fine.

La forma en que este hotel se anuncia en Expedia es realmente una 'Ilusión'. El hotel es una zona de construcción en progreso. Ruido de martilleo por la mañana y durante el día. Las habitaciones están deterioradas y huelen a moho. Las toallas están viejas y descoloridas. El agua caliente para las duchas solo se calienta tibio. La piscina está ubicada en lo que parece ser un techo abandonado. El ascensor está roto. Entiendo que obtienes lo que pagas, pero por favor al menos sé sincero sobre lo que podemos esperar antes de reservar una habitación. También es insultante que el hotel cobre $5 por cada hora adicional para la salida tardía.
