Great experience in excellent hotel.
The staff is very helpful, but also respect your privacy. We visited the spa area and everything was great. All of the pools were clean and heated. In the thermal area there is plenty of facilities to enjoy and relax. The massages are performed from very skilful people, who know what they are doing.

Everything is perfect, We have been staying at this hotel for the second year, The hotel staff are top-notch professionals, Many thanks to Katerina at the reception for her help, to the restaurant manager Bianca and to the waitress Inessa, When you feel their care for customers for 10 days, you don't want to leave, The cleanliness in the hotel room and on the territory is perfect, The pools are clean and large, excellent saunas, Breakfasts are amazing and diverse.

- • The pillows were not good, even the extra ones in the closet were really bad! No pillow service! Pricey drinks at the pool. The air conditioning could not cool the room sufficiently (or the cooling option was disabled?)
