Its charm, great helpful staff especially when there was a problem with the plumbing. The cafe staff were always on time and super attentive for breakfast because I was early

- • The plumbing needs better maintenance - the room had to be changed because the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor (and it wasn’t clean water). However, that said, I was upgraded to a garden room. While that sounds great, one had to keep the doors closed for privacy so it wasn’t as nice as a balcony
