- • I was moved to another hotel without my consent, I had booked a lagoon view but ended up with a garden view. The water park and some restaurants were closed, and there was no information provided about it.

The hotel complex is truly fantastic. Very well-maintained, harmonious, and idyllic. Very green. Wonderful restaurants, tennis and paddle courts, gym - fantastic beach

- • Unfortunately, the main pool was under renovation during our stay, and we were not informed prior to arrival. This was quite disappointing, as access to the main pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Better communication in advance would have helped us manage expectations and plan accordingly.

An exceptional experience at the hotel, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Even though some parts of the hotel were closed, it did not affect our experience at all because of the excellent hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I especially loved the boat driver - he was always available, very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
