La proximité de la vieille ville. Beaucoup d'options pour manger aux alentours. Le petit-déjeuner n'était rien d'exceptionnel mais suffisant. Le personnel était très serviable.

- • Il y avait une odeur d'humidité dans le couloir de notre étage. Rien de tel dans la chambre.
Good location next to the tram station. Small grocery stores and fast food places within 100-200 meters. Quiet place. The room is good. The bed is comfortable.

- • Almost nothing to point out for improvement. Maybe make a towel available for face and hands in addition to the bath towel.

C'était un excellent emplacement. À 2 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de tram. À 10 minutes à pied des Machines de l'Île. (À ne pas manquer !) Réception ouverte 24h/24. Parking sécurisé à 13 € par nuit. Installations pour thé/café dans la chambre, ainsi qu'une petite cuisine avec un réfrigérateur. Les chambres sont basiques mais ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Juste pas glamour. Le personnel était serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment bon à 9 €. Ascenseur pour tous les étages.

- • La façade de la propriété était négligée et repoussante. Je pensais que ça allait être horrible mais c'était en fait très bien à l'intérieur. Nous n'étions pas au courant que l'appartement aurait un 'étage' ! C'était un peu bizarre. Nous avons laissé nos valises en bas de l'appartement plutôt que de les monter. Un peu de couleur égayerait l'appartement. Peut-être quelques tableaux sur les murs ? Nous reviendrions ici.

- • Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. C'est assez ancien et il faudrait le rénover ou en prendre un peu plus soin, du moins la chambre qui m'a été attribuée. Certains ustensiles de cuisine étaient en mauvais état.

- • People outside drinking alcohol not far from the hotel entrance. I wasn't lucky, my window was right above :(. But that's not the hotel's fault.
