Price quality definitely ok!
The friendliness of the staff. The fact that the beds were movable, so we could move our child's bed against the wall. We had a room for wheelchair users, not necessary for our family, but nice that it is available.

- • The door of the toilet did not close well and made a lot of noise. It was supposed to be a room with a bath, but they gave us a room for someone in a wheelchair. It was a bath/shower. Unfortunately, the shower head could not be raised, so you could not really stand up straight. Also, there was no plug to use the 'bath'. Quiet hours were not really respected.

- • Unwelcoming reception staff. We chose Campanile to have a restaurant on-site but it was closed.
