The room was very clean and two-story. The kitchen was fully equipped and the stay was very comfortable. There was also a fireplace, and firewood could be purchased at the front desk. There was a communal laundry room with sufficient capacity, but it was necessary to prepare three one-dollar coins in advance. Overall, the access was good and it was a satisfactory stay.

- • After starting to use the fireplace, my partner complained of a headache. Unfortunately, there was no carbon monoxide detector installed, so it was necessary to go outside for a while to ventilate just in case. Additionally, if staying multiple nights, it was necessary to request room cleaning, although this was briefly mentioned on one of the papers provided at check-in without further explanation given at that time.

Banff seems like a dream
The hotel is very good and, as I have already mentioned, it perfectly met our expectations. It had breakfast, charged separately, as is usual in North America. We did not use it, but it seemed very good; it will be for the next visit.

- • In truth, not exactly 'did not like', but it seemed like the place to comment: the hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Banff, indeed. However, they have a van system that perfectly serves guests who do not have a car or do not wish to go to the city with it. Keep in mind that Banff is a small town, with a lot of tourist traffic in the season, and most parking lots are paid.
