- • It is not clean. No soundproofing, you can hear footsteps, toilet flushes, water running in the bathroom. Toaster unusable due to being so dirty. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. Alleged allergy-free room, who are they kidding? The photos on the website have nothing to do with reality. Inadequate lighting in the room.

- • Indoor jacuzzi closed for maintenance. Wifi working very poorly. The apartment smelled musty and poorly cleaned, especially the dust on the refrigerator.

As expected for the most part, staff was very flexible in offering an extended checkout, which boosted ratings across the board.

- • Pool area was filthy and partially dismantled. Indoor hot tub was taped off and not available. Drywall repairs were underway in that area. It looked more like a construction zone than a hotel.

Great location. We had a clean & tidy one-bedroom studio. Lovely bed linen. Shuttle bus service was really handy for getting in & out of town. Nice swimming pool. Handy laundry room.

- • Jacuzzi was in operation. Decor in the hotel needs updating to freshen up, but you have everything you need.

- • Sketchy characters in the resort. A guy was not swimming but hanging around in the hot tub and pool with his phone for at least an hour, engaging in suspicious activity almost like he was secretly recording women. Lots of weird party animals outside at night. Not family-friendly. Exterior is run down. Very far from the city center.
