The Michelin keys are not justified at all!
The location right next to the castle, the size of the room, and the decoration in line with the historic place. The hearty breakfast and the very attentive waitress.

- • The service mainly. No explanation about the room during check-in, even though the lighting system is a bit complex. I had to manage with my suitcase. The room service is catastrophic. A chambermaid entered while I was taking a shower at 9.30 in the morning, without apologizing, to ask if I wanted the room to be cleaned. The curtains were drawn one night out of the 3 of my stay. The bed was made without being made. The half-empty water bottles were not replaced... We are far from the expected level in a relay and castle, even more so from a 2 Michelin star hotel!
Would stay again.
Staff were super helpful and polite. The restaurant was excellent.

Well, the location of the hotel was perfect, near the castle and the city center. Staff was very nice, responded to any question, and always tried to help. A real boutique hotel I highly recommend!!!
