Servizio cordiale in una casa confortevole e immacolata lontano da casa.
Anche se la struttura era bella e confortevole, la parte migliore del posto era lo staff estremamente amichevole. La posizione non poteva essere migliore.

- • Tutto era perfetto. Non volevamo andarcene. Non c'era davvero nulla che non ci piacesse di questo meraviglioso hotel. Alcuni potrebbero storcere il naso al prezzo, ma certamente abbiamo ottenuto ciò per cui abbiamo pagato e saremmo felici di tornare.
Hotel located in the center of Krakow a stone's throw from the Castle and the main square. The hotel is a very well-maintained historic building. The food is very well taken care of, and we recommend the starred gourmet dinner. The spa is small but very well-kept and welcoming. Enjoyed good quality massages.

- • The standard rooms are a bit lacking in several aspects and not quite up to a 5-star standard (not very bright, facing an inner courtyard and not the outside, the bed is attached to a ladder, non-functioning scale). We asked for an upgrade and the staff kindly offered us a magnificent high-level suite that we recommend when booking.

- • Shower-related. There was a bad impression of poor water pressure. However, this may be common throughout Europe.

- • I prefer a shower over a bath, but of course, it's a matter of taste. However, using a bath may be a problem for older people.
Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il vostro hotel e la Città Vecchia! Cracovia è una città così bella! Molto percorribile a piedi, così pulita e accogliente! Le sistemazioni dell'hotel, lo staff e le aree ristorazione erano eccezionali. Siamo venuti a Cracovia principalmente per visitare Auschwitz e per non dimenticare mai la capacità umana di fare del male. Siamo partiti con ricordi profondi che ricorderemo sempre. Grazie per un'esperienza così straordinaria nel vostro paese!
