A second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful especially at reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is location central to most parts of Mumbai. The Gym is well equipped and staff there helpful too. Breakfast is okay,

Exceptional luxury with focus on the environment not wasteful excess
Huge selection for breakfast. We had to leave early one our check out day and staff let us pack a lovely breakfast for the evening. The lounge access was a great addition with stunning views, nibbles and drinks. All staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive but gave us space too.
