Overall good choice for chilly weekend with a warm pool and fun space for my son to hangout.
Great resort for kids. Heated pool was perfect for chilly weekend. Indoor activities also great for kids. All activities very reasonably priced. Most staff were friendly.

- • Staff and food options not the best for non-Korean guests. They seem bothered when we asked them questions especially when it came to food. Not a lot of food options and hard to tell what’s what… a lot of weird little mannerisms and etiquette that felt off putting for a five star resort that we would normally not experience elsewhere around the world. Double standard rules for my mixed race son from Korean children at the pool which was def off-putting, for that reason we probably won’t return.
