Big and grand hotel showing its age
The hello kitty kids room was big and comfortable. However, its age is showing with visible wear and tear. Staff were very helpful.

- • 1. Playground at level 6 was big but not much inside. 2. Casino had a big no smoking sign but there were Chinese men lighting up and the staff did nothing about it.
