- • There was no hot water option in the room to make a hot drink, although there was tea, etc., and - couldn't reach the staff, they simply didn't answer.

- • Few things: maybe one or 2 hooks in the bathroom (you can't hang the towels, and the bathrobes are hung in the entrance!).
Magnificent hotel, with exceptional breakfast and attentive staff. The bedding and bed linen are super comfortable. The location is central.

- • Attention: Ask for a quiet room not facing the 2 very noisy streets!! Some rooms face streets with pubs, which are very noisy (music + people) until late at night

- • Breakfast on holidays starts at 8 (in our case it was Easter Monday). Anyway, it is not a compatible time for a 5-star hotel. Moreover, and above all, we were mistakenly informed that breakfast would be served at 7. In the end, not being able to have breakfast at 8, we left without having it, even though it was included in the price. It's a detail, but it's what makes the difference compared to 4-star or lower structures.
